The students at King's pick a theme each year that they want to discuss as a school. The theme and the idea together are called Interregnum, and Interregnum culminates in a three-day break from classes in the spring semester, where students debate, make art, give speeches and lectures, flex their intellectual muscles, and invite an outside speaker to engage the school on the topic.
